1. I would have to agree most with Reed's law because social networks seem to be the medium online that's going to keep going up. With everything that social media can offer and connect to, your chances of meeting new people or expanding your own personal network are almost a guarantee. Social networks aren't just a place to chat with your friends or keep up with old one's, its becoming an outlet for finding groups that have similar interests to you. You can like particular products, sports teams, businesses through social networks, and you can see who else likes them to and can friend particular people that you have a lot in common with. You can connect with other websites through Facebook and Twitter and expand your networks through that. Social networks are the ultimate key to connecting with dozen's of different groups and expanding your connections.
2. Well to springboard off my answer to the first question it will be social networks, social networks will be the main source of getting information in five years. With the concepts of trending and buzzing being quite the commodity now a days, information will be accessible through people's tweets and Facebook statuses. And with all the sites that are directly linked to social networks such as Facebook and Twitter you could find information by linking your Facebook or Twitter account to other information providers. Their will come a point where it would be faster to check your Facebook or Twitter for information you are looking for than typing something into a search engine. Not trying to say Google will become obsolete because it's obvious the most powerful tool on the web but rather Google adopting a social network aspect to their brand. Social networks are the key to the future, as we get closer and closer to the internet revolution, if were not already there.
I agree with Reed's Law being the most important. Social media is a big part of our culture and I do not think it is going anywhere. Social networks do allow you to connect with other websites and learn about new information. I know I find out a ton of news and updates just by going on Facebook and seeing what is trending. I agree that social networks will continue to be the source of new information in the future.
